Subscriptions
New paid subscriptions include a 14-day refund window. Cancel from Billing settings; if you cancel within 14 days of first payment and have not used substantial paid resources, we refund the most recent charge.
Credit packs
Unused credit packs may be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Consumed credits are non-refundable.
Annual plans
Annual plans are pro-rated on early termination when required by law; otherwise non-refundable after the 14-day window.
How to request
Email billing@imapost.com with your workspace ID and invoice number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
