These Terms govern your access to and use of Imapost. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts
You must be 16 or older. You are responsible for the activity of every user in your workspace and for keeping credentials safe.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful, deceptive, hateful, or abusive content.
- No spam, scraping, resale, or automated abuse.
- Comply with the terms of every social platform you connect.
AI content
AI-generated content may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before publishing. You own the outputs subject to third-party rights.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. Usage-based charges are billed monthly.
Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practicable.
Warranty & liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing law
Governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Imapost is incorporated. Disputes are resolved in its competent courts.
